Sweden supports Ukraine’s strikes on Russian oil refineries to limit Russia’s export revenues, - Prime Minister Kristersson

Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson called for restrictions on Russia’s export revenues, which could be used to finance the war against Ukraine. He also criticized the diesel agreement between Washington and Moscow and supported President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s position on the deal.
According to Censor.NET, Kristersson made these remarks to reporters before the start of a meeting of European Union leaders.
When asked by reporters whether he supported Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, the Swedish prime minister answered in the affirmative.
"Of course. We must limit the revenue Russia can derive from exports—without a doubt," Kristersson emphasized.
He also expressed dissatisfaction with the diesel agreement between the U.S. and Russia. According to the prime minister, even though the scope of the agreement is relatively small, it runs counter to efforts to weaken Moscow’s financial capabilities.
"Any step that helps the Russians increase funding for the war is a bad sign," said the Swedish prime minister.
Christersson emphasized that Sweden shares Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s position on the agreement between Washington and Moscow.
