Psychological obstacle course: training of soldiers from 58th SMIB during basic military training. VIDEO+PHOTOS
As part of their basic military training, soldiers from the 58th Separate Motorised Infantry Brigade undertake a psychological obstacle course designed to give them a rough idea of what combat is really like.
This was reported by the brigade’s press office, according to Censor.NET.
Details
The soldiers navigated the obstacles to the sound of recorded cannon fire and gunfire. They ran through smoke amidst very realistic explosions from training grenades dropped on them by a drone.
After completing the obstacle course, they had to crawl under training drops to reach the shooting range and fire at targets from various positions.
Afterwards, they debriefed with instructor-psychologists on what went well and what still needs work.
