Kyiv and eight regions left without power following Russian attack; blackout schedules in effect

As a result of a massive Russian drone attack on energy facilities during the night and morning of October 16, new power outages were reported in Kyiv and eight regions of Ukraine. In some regions, hourly power outages are in effect, with up to two rounds of outages.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by NEC "Ukrenergo"
According to the company, power outages occurred in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Volyn, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions, as a result of Russian strikes.
Where the security situation permits, utility workers have already begun emergency repair work.
Where are the power outage schedules in effect?
Due to the effects of Russian attacks, some regions are implementing power restriction schedules for industrial consumers through the end of the day, as well as hourly power outage schedules involving up to two rounds of outages.
Some power outages were caused by severe weather. As of this morning, 11 communities in the Poltava and Sumy regions remained completely or partially without power. Repair crews from the regional power company are restoring the damaged power lines.
