Russian drones attack energy facilities in waves: Kyiv and 5 regions targeted

Since early morning and throughout the day, Russian forces have continued striking Ukraine's energy facilities, carrying out drone attacks in waves.
The Ministry of Energy reported this, according to Censor.NET.
Details
Energy facilities in Kyiv and the Kyiv, Kharkiv, Rivne, Volyn and Odesa regions came under attack. Damage to energy facilities caused by the drone attacks led to emergency power outages.
As usual, the situation is most difficult in frontline regions and those bordering Russia. There, the enemy continues to strike energy infrastructure daily and systematically.
Restoration work
Restoration work is being hampered by prolonged air raid alerts and the threat of further strikes.
Despite this, energy workers managed to restore power to more than 1,000,000 consumers during the day. Repairs continue wherever the security situation allows.
The Ministry of Energy reiterated that grid constraints caused by Russian attacks have necessitated hourly power outage schedules in some regions, along with scheduled power consumption limits for industry and businesses. These measures are necessary to stabilise the power system and prevent more extensive disruptions.
