Russia and Ukraine agreed to an ’energy truce’ because I said so, – Trump

US President Donald Trump has stated that Ukraine and Russia have agreed to an energy truce because he himself insisted on it.
According to Censor.NET, he made this statement whilst speaking to journalists.
What is known?
In his view, both Zelenskyy and Putin support the energy truce.
A journalist pointed out that Russia subsequently attacked Ukraine again, to which Trump replied that there had allegedly been violations on both sides.
The US leader also commented on reports that both Ukraine and Russia had stated they had not formally agreed to such an arrangement.
"They agreed. Do you know why? Because I said: ‘You agree.’ That’s why," Trump replied.
