Explosion rocks Bila Tserkva District State Administration building, - Emergency Service
The Emergency Control Center was reported about detonation of an unknown explosive device on the first floor of the Bila Tserkva District State Administration building on Yaroslava Mudroho Street at 4:05 a.m. Aug. 25.
Censor.NET reports citing the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Main Directorate in the Kyiv region.
Upon arrival at the scene, the rescuers found that the explosion caused no subsequent fire. However, the doors and windows of the offices in the building sustained damage. In addition, the fragments of an unknown explosive device damaged the walls and ceiling.
Fortunately, no one got hurt by the blast. The security guard escaped with the shock. The relevant agencies are working at the scene establishing the cause of the incident.
