As a result of the attack, damage to power infrastructure and power lines left most settlements in the region without electricity. Rolling blackouts have also been introduced in the region.

The Russians launched a massive attack on the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Station

According to monitoring Telegram channels, Russian forces directed a significant portion of their cruise missiles at the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Station in the Vinnytsia region.

A massive strike was launched against the power station during the night.

Trams came to a halt and water supply disruptions occurred due to a power outage

In Vinnytsia, tram service came to a halt as a result of a power outage caused by Russian attacks on energy infrastructure; the city also experienced water supply disruptions.

According to the Vinnytsia Municipal Transport Company, tram service on all routes was suspended starting at 5:00 a.m. due to a power outage on Khmelnytskyi Highway and Keletska Street.

Six buses have been deployed to transport passengers on the tram routes.

The municipal enterprise "Vinnytsiaoblvodokanal" reported disruptions in the water supply. At approximately 3:30 a.m., the main water treatment plant shut down due to a drop in voltage on the main and backup lines.

At 4:30 a.m., the utility regained power and restarted the equipment. However, it will take at least six hours for the station to return to normal operation.

The city is experiencing water service disruptions and low water pressure in the water supply network.
