New power outages in seven regions due to Russian shelling – Ministry of Energy

The enemy continues to attack energy infrastructure and employs a tactic of repeated strikes, causing significant damage to energy facilities.
According to Censor.NET, the Ministry of Energy reported this.
"Overnight and this morning, Russian attacks have caused new power outages in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions," the statement said.
The ministry notes that repair work is being carried out in all affected regions where the security situation permits.
Air raid alerts are making the recovery efforts more difficult, but once the all-clear is given, the crews immediately return to work.
"The situation in the capital region remains the most challenging. Due to significant damage to the power grid, utility companies are still forced to impose grid restrictions. Work to restore a stable power supply is continuing around the clock," the Ministry of Energy added.
Most regions are operating under rolling blackout schedules
Currently, most regions of Ukraine are operating under schedules of hourly power outages, while the industrial sector is subject to power-limitation schedules.
However, the ministry emphasizes that the situation in the power grid may change throughout the day due to constant enemy attacks on power facilities
"Stay tuned for announcements from distribution system operators in your regions. Up-to-date information on power outage schedules and possible changes is published on their official websites," the Ministry of Energy adds.
However, they ask for your understanding regarding the necessary restrictions on electricity supply. Emergency and scheduled power outages are necessary to maintain the stable operation of the power grid and prevent more serious consequences.
