One Ukrainian soldier killed, one wounded yesterday, - ATO spokesperson
One Ukrainian soldier was killed, another received injuries in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area Aug. 31.
This was announced by ATO spokesperson Andrii Lysenko at today's news briefing, Censor.NET reports.
"Over the past day, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in action, one received injuries," Lysenko said.
"The soldier was killed outside Bohdanivka during a night clash," Lysenko said.
Earlier, the National Security and Defense Council reported 10,000 Ukrainians had been killed and 20,000 more injured over the past two years as a result of hostilities in the country's east.
