One Ukrainian soldier killed in combat yesterday, - ATO speaker

One Ukrainian military perished in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in the east of Ukraine on Nov. 23.

This was announced by Defense Ministry speaker on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk at a briefing on Thursday, Censor.NET reports.

"Over the past 24-hour period, one Ukrainian soldier perished in action. This happened in Marinka as a result of enemy shelling," he said.

As estimated by Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, 10,000 Ukrainians have been killed and more than 20,000 wounded since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbas in 2014.
