No one killed, three Ukrainian soldiers wounded yesterday, - ATO spokesperson
Three Ukrainian military received injuries in the course of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in the east of Ukraine on Dec. 29.
This was announced by Defense Minister spokesperson on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk at a briefing on Friday, Censor.NET reports."Over the past 24-hour period no Ukrainian soldiers were killed, but three military received injuries," he said.
According to Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, 10,000 Ukrainians have been killed and more than 20,000 wounded since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbas in 2014. As reported by the U.N., the total death toll of the conflict in Ukraine from mid-April 2014 to Dec.1, 2016 is 9,758, with another 22,779 people wounded.
