Revision of Ukraine's cooperation with IMF not intended, - Finance Minister Danyliuk
The Minister of Finance of Ukraine Oleksandr Danyliuk announced that the revision of the program of cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is not intended.
Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainian News."The revision of the program is not intended," Danyliuk said.
As reported earlier, the issue of allocating a tranche of $1 billion to Ukraine under Expanded Financing Facility (EFF) program disappeared from the agenda of the IMF Executive Board on March 20.
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine claims that it was postponed by the IMF Executive Board solely because of the clarification of calculations.
On March 5, IMF has reached an agreement with the government of Ukraine, paving the way for an additional tranche of its loan program to be paid later this month.
