The Donbas is torn apart by Russia's aggression against Ukraine rather than by a conflict.
Censor.NET reports referring to presidential press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko quoting Petro Poroshenko as saying.Head of the representative office of the European Investment Bank in Ukraine Liliya Cherniavska said speaking at a meeting of the Regional Development Council: "One of the flagship operations for us and for the country is the support of people who have found themselves in a plight because of the conflict in the east."
She was interrupted by President Poroshenko who said: "There is no conflict in the east, there is Russia's occupation of Ukrainian soil."
