Censor.NET reports citing the UNICEF official website.
At least 27 children were confirmed killed in the attack in Idlib, northwest of Syria, UNICEF said today.
According to the fund, a further 546 people, among them many children, have been injured.
Casualty figures are expected to rise, UNICEF added.
As reported, 100 people died and 300 were injured in a chemical attack in the Syrian northwestern province of Idlib.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the symptoms of the victims correspond to that caused by a gas attack. The absence of visible injuries and other signs indicate neurotoxic lesion, the WHO said.
