Ukrainian soldier killed in Avdiivka, - ATO HQ

The serviceman died performing the combat mission in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone.

Censor.NET reports citing the ATO Headquarters.

"According to preliminary information, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was killed as a result of shelling of the stronghold of the unit of one of the mechanized brigades, the personnel of which performs combat missions near Avdiivka," the statement reads.

In this sector, the militants fired from 120 mm mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms.
