Three Ukrainian military killed, five wounded yesterday in Donbas, - ATO spokesperson
Over the past 24-hour period, three Ukrainian military were killed, five were wounded in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in the east of Ukraine.
As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Defense Ministry speaker for ATO matters Andrii Lysenko during the daily briefing on Wednesday."Over the past 24-hour period, three Ukrainian military were killed, five were wounded. These grave losses were incurred by the ATO forces during enemy shelling in Donetsk direction," he said.
Lysenko said the situation in the ATO area aggravated over the past 24-hour period. A total number of enemy attacks increased three-fold, the number of heavy weapon use - by five times.
"Ukrainian troops retaliated numerous times," he said.
As reported, militants committed 65 attacks on Ukrainian positions on April 25.
