About 20 militants reported dead and wounded as ammunition depot exploded, - Intelligence
Censor.NET reports citing Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"An explosion occurred in an ammunition depot at the checkpoint of the '11th separate motorized rifle regiments' (Donetsk) of the '1st Army Corpse' in the Yasynuvata district. Up to 20 militants were killed and wounded,'' the statement reads.
According to the HUR, the militants neglected security measures, drinking alcohol and smoking in the ammunition depot.
Moreover, two drunken militants opened fire at the checkpoint, severely wounding three scouts. Fearing of being lynched by the servicemen of the checkpoint, they abandoned their position with weapons.
The Intelligence also reports of the dispute between the Russian military of the '9th separate assault motorized infantry regiment of the Marine Corps' (Novoazovsk), of the '1st Army Corpse'. The dispute turned into shootout. One soldier was killed and one was seriously wounded.
