A trident was delivered to Motherland monument in Kyiv and installed to replace dismantled Soviet coat of arms.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by UP.

On Tuesday, 1 August, the Soviet coat of arms was completely removed from the Motherland monument.

The work on replacing the coat of arms with the Ukrainian trident should be completed by Independence Day, 24 August.
