An inflatable boat was used to transfer people from one side of the street to the other. Men were also carrying women in their arms.

A storm warning has been issued for the next several days in Ukraine. 13-14 August the water level in Syana, Dnestr, Prut, Sireta rivers is expected to rise by 0.5 - 1.5 m (1.6 - 4.7 feet).
