A week after the Ukrainian army left Debaltseve, the Donetsk region, the terrorists began to settle in the demolished city.

The terrorists and Russian soldiers set firing positions in the city, while rare locals attempt to find some food in the streets.

As reported earlier, Ukraine's ambassador to the EU Kostiantyn Yelisieiev said on air of Sky News that the situation around Debaltseve is Russia's slap in the EU face.
