"Young well-to-do people" carved a piece of the wall in Hostomel along with the graffiti of the world-famous street artist Banksy.
Serhiy Zhuk, a witness of the event, reported this, Censor.NET informs.
"Just before our eyes, vandals cut down a famous work of #banksy," he wrote.
In his comments, Zhuk noted that the thieves were "young well-to-do people" and that they were arrested on the spot.
The graffiti, which the vandals tried to steal, shows a woman in a dressing gown and curlers, wearing a gas mask. She holds a fire extinguisher in her hands.
We will remind, Banksy confirmed that he created seven murals in different places of Ukraine, in particular in Kyiv, Irpin, Borodianka and Hostomel.
