Colonel of Ukrainian Armed Forces, blogger Anatoliy Shtefan released information that AFU liquidated Colonel of Russian occupation army Vladimir Rogalov.

"Colonel Vladimir Rogalev, Chief of Staff of the 7th military base (Gudauta, occupied Abkhazia, Sakartvelo) has been successfully demobilized," said Stefan.
