The Georgian TV channel Mtavari TV showed how the former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili looks like today.

As noted, the third president of Georgia, Saakashvili, is joining the court hearing in his case remotely. This is the first time in several months that Mikheil Saakashvili has participated in a trial.
He responded to a statement by Georgian Dream leaders, including Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili, who said that everyone, including MEPs, involved in the "disinformation campaign" should apologise.
"I want to tell everyone, they are taking away our future, they are pushing our children not to live in Georgia, our children will live in Georgia, I know how to do it. [...]
It turns out that Europe should apologise, the European Parliament for demanding my release. I would like to tell the so-called Chairman of the Parliament, you must apologise for bringing me to this state. You have brought me to this situation, you must apologise to MEPs, to me, to my family, to the state of Ukraine for putting its citizen in this situation, to all Georgians. Papiashvili, look at me carefully," Saakashvili said, lifting up his T-shirt and demonstrating the state of his condition.
