Russian invaders attacked the center of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region, wounding a man.

This was stated by the head of the RMA Oleh Synehubov, Censor.NET reports.

"As a result of the artillery shelling at 10:30 a man born in 1962 was wounded and hospitalized in a medical institution," the statement said.

It is noted that non-residential premises, administrative buildings, and private houses were damaged.
