On the night of October 12, the Russian military carried out a drone attack on civil and port infrastructure facilities in the Danube region.

As noted, as a result of the enemy's attack, private homes were damaged. An 88-year-old woman was injured and was hospitalized.
Production and storage facilities were also destroyed.
"The inspection is ongoing, a complete list of destruction and damage is being established. Prosecutors are working at the scene of the events in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, who are recording the consequences of the shelling," the message says.
Under the procedural leadership of the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war has been launched.
It was previously reported that Russia attacked the Danube port infrastructure, damaged warehouse buildings and residential buildings with UAVs. Air defense destroyed 28 of 33 strike drones, according to the Air Force.
