On November 22, at about 4:55 p.m., the enemy once again shelled the city of Kherson. A man was killed as a result of the shelling.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

There was also a fire in one of the apartments in a residential building. Information about other victims is being clarified.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
