On 22 November, around 09:00 p.m., the Russian army shelled Kupiansk once again.

This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, Censor.NET informs.

"According to preliminary data, it was an artillery attack. An enemy shell hit the roof of the administrative building. Nearby residential buildings were also damaged," the statement said.
