In the capital’s St. Michael’s Cathedral, they bid farewell to the soldier Svyatoslav Romanchuk (Nutriy), who was killed in battle against occupiers on the Lyman direction.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, on 24 February 2022, Romanchuk returned from a business trip and joined the TRO. In September, he came to Kyiv on his birthday. On 25 September, he married his beloved, and then returned to the front.

Sviatoslav Romanchuk was an experienced engineer, inventor and digger (he travelled through artificial dungeons). He drove and repaired cars. He organised hikes, caving expeditions and digger competitions.
