Today, on 3 April, at around 11:00 a.m., the Russian military shelled the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in the Kharkiv region with artillery systems.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Communications Department of the National Police.
As noted, a man born in 1954 was wounded. He was taken to the hospital.
An investigative team, forensic experts and explosives experts are working at the scene.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
