One woman was killed and three people were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Bilopillia, Sumy region with KABs

"This afternoon, on 8 April, the enemy dropped 4 KABs in the centre of Bilopillia. As a result of the air strike, one woman was killed and three people were injured. One of the wounded is in a serious condition," the statement said.
In addition, commercial establishments and the city council were damaged, and vehicles were destroyed.
Emergency and rescue operations are ongoing. All necessary services are working on the spot.
"Today in Bilopillia, Russian terrorists committed another crime against civilians, striking at civilian infrastructure. Thanks to the fact that the air raid alert sounded in time and people went down to the shelters, we managed to avoid more casualties. Unfortunately, those who remained outside sustained injuries, including life-threatening ones. I express my condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. I emphasise once again, do not ignore air raid warnings. Take care of yourselves and your families," said Volodymyr Artyukh, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
