Two women killed, 15 wounded in Kherson region by Russian shelling. PHOTOS
On Saturday morning, 20 July, the Russian army twice launched a massive attack on Bilozerka in the Kherson region using multiple launch rocket systems. In Kherson, the invaders struck again at an ambulance brigade. There are dead and wounded.
This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
According to the police, the invaders fired about 40 shells at residential areas of Bilozerka. Two women aged 54 and 72 were killed. Another 12 people aged 39 to 80, including a medical worker, were injured.
Also on Saturday morning, a 59-year-old man was injured in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson as a result of an attack by an enemy drone. He was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds to his forearm and chest.
While providing assistance to the wounded, the medical team came under repeated hostile fire - the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on the ambulance. A paramedic and a driver were injured, both with explosive and craniocerebral injuries. The ambulance was also damaged.
