On 31 July, at around 4:20 p.m., Russian troops conducted an air strike on the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
A 55-year-old civilian man was injured in the attack.
Also, at the same time, the Russian military shelled the village of Pidserednie with MLRS, damaging a residential building. There were no casualties.
Earlier it was reported that in Kharkiv region, Russian troops are more actively attacking civilians with FPV drones.
