Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv region: warehouse catches fire, two private houses damaged. PHOTOS
At night and in the morning, Russian troops attacked Kyiv region with UAVs and missiles. Air defence forces were engaged, and targets were shot down.
This was reported by the press service of the RMA, Censor.NET informs.
There were no civilian casualties as a result of the shelling.
"No hits to critical or residential infrastructure were detected. As a result of the falling wreckage of the downed enemy targets, warehouses in the Boryspil district caught fire over an area of almost 15,000 m2. As of 4 am, the fire has been contained," the statement said.
Debris also damaged two private houses in two districts of the region.
The police showed the consequences of the Russian shelling.
Earlier it was reported that a large fire broke out in a 15,000 m² warehouse in the Boryspil district near Kyiv during a nighttime raid by Russian drones; the fire has been extinguished, according to rescuers.
On the night of 20 December, Russian troops also attacked Kyiv, damaging buildings. One person was killed and 9 injured.
