Day in Kherson region: 10 injured, civilian infrastructure damaged, two districts under attack. PHOTOS
Over the past day, Russian aggressors once again attacked the civilian infrastructure of Kherson and Beryslav districts of Kherson region with artillery, mortars and UAVs.
This was reported by the communication department of the Kherson regional police, Censor.NET reports.
For example, Kherson, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Naddnipryanske, Bilozerka, Shyroka Balka, Nadezhdivka, Mykilske, Molodizhne, Komyshany, Inzhenerne, Sadove, Novoraisk, Bourhunka and Osokorivka were under fire from the Russian army.
The shelling damaged 10 private houses and four multi-storey buildings, critical infrastructure, an administrative building utility room and a car.
During the day, the Kherson suburb of Antonivka came under heavy attack from enemy UAVs. Three women and five men were injured as a result of the explosive drops. All of them suffered mine-blast traumas, shrapnel wounds and broken limbs. Some of the victims were evacuated from the danger zone to medical facilities by police officers.
In the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, enemy artillery attacks damaged critical infrastructure facilities, a multi-storey building, five private houses, and an administrative building's utility room. A 57-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man were hit by a drone strike, and sustained mine-blast traumas and shrapnel wounds. A civilian car was damaged.
An apartment building was damaged in the Shumenskyi neighbourhood as a result of artillery shelling.
Russian troops shelled Bilozerka with artillery, damaging one private house and two apartment buildings. Artillery fire also damaged three private houses in Komyshany, Mykilske and Shyroka Balka.
