On the afternoon of 30 January, the Russian military attacked the civilian infrastructure of Kramatorsk.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Kramatorsk CMA, Oleksandr Honcharenko.
"As of 2:00 p.m., 13 people have been reported injured, including 2 children, all of whom are being provided with all necessary medical care," the statement said.
Honcharenko added that utility services are working at the site of the hit to ensure that the streets affected by the strike can be used. Representatives of management companies have also started to close the windows of the first floor.
Civil protection specialists are on site to assess the damage and advise on the possibilities of obtaining assistance for quick repairs.
On 30 January, at approximately 11:05 a.m., Russians attacked the centre of Kramatorsk, mostly historic buildings were damaged. 13 people were injured.
