Russians attacked Sumy at night, two injured (updated). VIDEO&PHOTOS
On the night of 25 February, the Russian occupiers attacked Sumy with "shaheds", damaging a residential building and injuring at least one person.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, on Telegram.
He said that there was another "arrival" of a "shahed" near Lake Chekha (the reservoir is located in the Zarichnyi district of Sumy).
"A lot of windows in the high-rise building were blown out. The State Emergency Service and the police are working at the scene," he said in a video message.
The Sumy City Council also said that, according to preliminary data, there is one injured person who is receiving medical assistance.
Kobzar added that an emergency response headquarters would be deployed.
Later, Kobzar reported a second powerful explosion was heard in Sumy. According to him, the "arrival" was on the other side of Lake Chekha.
According to the head of the Sumy CMA, Serhii Kryvosheienko, the enemy attacked civilian infrastructure with two UAVs.
"Preliminary, there are two victims," he said.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on 25 February, the enemy attacked the residential sector of Sumy. A blast wave smashed 148 windows in three high-rise buildings and other buildings.
