Three Shaheds fell on territory of garage co-operative in Sumy region: 20 garages damaged. PHOTOS

At night and in the morning of 13 March, Russians fired 39 times at the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region. 51 explosions were recorded.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

The following areas were shelled, in particular

  • Yunakivka district: KABs were launched (11 explosions), missile strikes (7 explosions), and 2 FPV drones were attacked (2 explosions).
  • Myropillia district: there were attacks by the KAB (11 explosions).
  • Bilopillia district: Russians attacked with mortars (14 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from a UAV (2 explosions).
  • Velykopysarivka district: a UAV strike was recorded (1 explosion).
  • Okhtyrka district: at night in the Okhtyrka district, three enemy Shaheds fell on the territory of a garage cooperative. Preliminary, people were not injured. About 20 garages caught fire. The fire was quickly contained by fire and rescue units. The consequences of the Russian attack are being investigated.

The RMA also reported that on 13 March, anti-aircraft gunners shot down 10 enemy Shahed UAVs in the sky over the Sumy region.

"In total, since the beginning of the year, the region's air defence units have eliminated 685 Russian drones that brought death and destruction to Ukraine," the RMA added.
