On the morning of 28 March, Russian troops attacked Novoraysk in the Kherson region with multiple rocket launchers. A 40-year-old man was injured, and houses and cars were damaged.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration.

"At approximately five in the morning, Russians struck Novoraysk, Beryslav district, with MLRS. About ten 'arrivals' were recorded, damaging houses, outbuildings and civilian vehicles," the statement said.

The shelling also caused fires, which were promptly extinguished by firefighters.

According to the JMA, a 40-year-old man who was in the yard of the house was injured. He sustained blast injuries and contusion. The victim received medical assistance and refused hospitalisation.
