On the night of 19 April, 5 people were injured as a result of Russian air strikes on Kupyansk.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office

"Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the statement said.

According to the investigation, on 19 April, between 3:40 and 4:00 a.m., the Russian army carried out air strikes on the city of Kupiansk.

More than 10 private residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.

Four women and one man suffered an acute stress reaction.
