"Imprisoned volunteer Khodakovskyi has been pardoned today. He says tomorrow he will be released. Three years have been knocked off. Kostia's story is here [in Ukrainian]. I thank everyone involved - hundreds and thousands of people," he wrote.
As previously reported, Kostiantyn Khodakovskyi spent €25,000 paid by Ukraine as a compensation for tortures, on helmets, armor vests and thermal imagers for ATO fighters. He was sentenced for 12 years in prison for alleged robbery and murder, having spent seven of them already.
