Over the past day, Russian occupiers continued to shell civilian infrastructure in the Kherson region, resulting in injuries: dozens of towns and villages came under fire.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, according to Censor.NET.
Where did the enemy strike?
Over the past day, Bilozerka, Beryslav, Dniprovske, Veletenske, Kizomys, Antonivka, Komyshany, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Sofiivka, Molodizhne, Darivka, Burgunka, Vesele, Havrilivka, Zolota Balka, Kozatske, Lvove, Mykilsk, Milove, Mykhailivka, Novokairy, Novotyaginka, Odradokamyanka, Olhivka, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Tiahynka, Chervonyi Mayak, and the city of Kherson.
The shelling damaged 24 objects: three apartment buildings and 11 private houses, railway infrastructure, a medical facility, a municipal enterprise, a critical infrastructure facility, four cars, and a gas pipeline.
Injuries and casualties from enemy attacks
Five people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.
- In Komyshany, a 67-year-old woman suffered an explosive injury as a result of the shelling. Five private houses, a gas pipeline and a car were damaged. Another house was damaged by explosives dropped from a drone.
- The occupiers also fired artillery at Bilozerka. A 33-year-old local resident suffered a mine-blast injury. An apartment building and four private houses were damaged in the village.
- Near Darivka, an 83-year-old man was injured by an explosive device dropped from a UAV. He was taken to hospital with blast and traumatic brain injuries, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the head and back.
- In the Dnipro district of Kherson, Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone on the territory of a municipal enterprise, which was damaged. As a result of the strike, a 46-year-old man suffered a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to the abdomen.
An apartment building was damaged by artillery fire. The enemy also fired rocket systems at residential areas.
Russian troops shelled the Central District with artillery. A hospital, railway infrastructure, a private house, and a car were damaged. As a result of an FPV drone attack in the city centre, a civilian car was damaged. An hour later, the occupiers repeated the attack in the same place, hitting another car with an FPV drone. The strike caused a fire and the subsequent destruction of the vehicle.
During the shelling of the Korabelny district, an apartment building and business premises were damaged.
