Shelling of Kherson region: Russians hit medical facility, shop and houses, 16 wounded. PHOTOS
Russian troops continue to shell the Kherson and Beryslav districts, Kherson and its suburbs with artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, and various types of UAVs.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region, according to Censor.NET.
It is noted that 10 civilians were wounded and a medical facility and residential buildings were damaged as a result of Russian shelling in the Kherson region.
Attacked settlements
The Russian army fired on Kherson, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Kizomys, Dariivka, Sadove, Dniprovske, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Yantarne, Veletenske, Rozliv, Novodmytrivka, Beryslav, Osokorivka, Shevchenkivka, Nova Kamianka, Novoraisk, Chervonyi Yar, Vysoke, Olhivka, Burhunka, Odradokamianka, Kozatske, Vesele.
Damage
Damage was recorded to 17 objects: three apartment buildings and eight private houses, a medical facility, a church, a private enterprise, a route bus, a garage, and a minibus.
Details
- In Antonivka, a 45-year-old local resident was injured as a result of explosives being dropped from a UAV. The man was evacuated from the danger zone and taken to hospital. He was diagnosed with a shrapnel wound to his leg. The occupiers also shelled the settlement with multiple launch rocket systems.
- As a result of the FPV drone attacks, a minibus in Dariivka, two private houses in Chervonyi Yar, and one house each in Shevchenkivka and Nova Kamianka were damaged.
- Medical assistance was needed for two residents of Rozliv, whose house was attacked by a strike drone on the night of 3 February. A 60-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were diagnosed with mine-blast injuries and concussions.
- Three residents of Beryslav and the driver of a volunteer evacuation vehicle were taken to hospital after they attempted to leave the danger zone on 4 February and came under enemy artillery fire. The 57-year-old driver suffered mine-blast injuries, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to his thigh and leg. A 75-year-old resident of Beryslav and two women aged 71 and 80 suffered explosive and traumatic brain injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds to various parts of their bodies.
- In the morning, in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, the Russians once again shelled the territory of a medical facility with artillery. One of the wards and a church on the hospital grounds were damaged. As a result of further artillery shelling, an apartment building was damaged.
- During the day, Russian troops deliberately dropped a drone bomb on a bus that was at a public transport stop. The 39-year-old driver suffered a mine-blast injury, concussion, a gunshot wound to the chest, and broken ribs. The bus was damaged.
- A 75-year-old resident of the district needed medical assistance. On 4 February, Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone onto his car. The man was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury.
- In the Korabelnyi district, a 65-year-old man was injured as a result of artillery shelling. He suffered an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his thighs. An apartment building, four private houses, and a garage were damaged.
- As a result of night shelling of the Pivnichnyi microdistrict, a private enterprise was damaged.
- Russian troops fired artillery and multiple launch rocket systems at the coastal part of the Central district, damaging an apartment building.
Morning shelling
According to the prosecutor's office, on 7 February 2026, at around 08:20, the Russian armed forces launched an artillery strike on the city of Kherson. The shelling damaged a shop.
According to preliminary information, six civilians were injured in the attack. Among the wounded are three store employees. All victims are receiving the necessary medical care. Details about the condition of the victims are being clarified.
