During a night-time attack by Russian UAVs on the Odesa region, two civilian commercial vessels flying the flags of Palau and Barbados, as well as administrative buildings, were damaged. Two people were injured.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister of Community and Territorial Development.

"At the time of the strike, the vessels were moored at the quays and were loaded with grain. Despite this, the vessels remain afloat," the statement said.

Administrative buildings were also damaged as a result of the attack. A fire broke out on the premises, but was quickly brought under control by emergency services.

Clean-up operations are ongoing at the sites.

"This is yet another war crime by Russia against global food security," Kuleba emphasised.
