Day in Sumy region: three injured and widespread destruction. PHOTOS

As a result of heavy strikes on the Sumy region, casualties have been reported and significant damage to civilian infrastructure has been recorded in several districts.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the regional police.

Strikes on districts

In the Verkhnosyrovatska community of the Sumy district, a 47-year-old man was injured when an enemy UAV struck a lorry; private homes, administrative buildings, businesses, transport and energy infrastructure facilities were also damaged in other settlements in the district.

In the Velykopysarivska community of the Okhtyrka district, two people – a 60-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman – were wounded after a Russian UAV struck. Private homes and civilian vehicles were also damaged.

In the Shostka district, infrastructure, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged.

In the Konotop district, damage to infrastructure was recorded, including the destruction of a cultural centre and damage to residential areas.
