Russian occupiers have attacked the Odesa region, causing damage to port, energy and industrial infrastructure.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kipper, according to Censor.NET.

One person is known to have been injured.
"There is damage to industrial sites, and some equipment has been damaged. Fires broke out at the sites, which were quickly extinguished by emergency services," said the regional governor.
Power cuts are also being reported in some settlements. Critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power. Restoration work is ongoing.
