Employees of the Zhytomyr National patrol police fined Volodymyr Pakhniuk, head of the SBU Office in the Zhytomyr region.

Censor.NET reports citing activist and lawyer Serhii Hula's Facebook page.

"I protested on Maidan for the sake of this. Zhytomyr police fines head of the SBU in the Zhytomyr region. It's wonderful!," he wrote.
