Russian court convicts Karpiuk and Klykh. PHOTOS

The court in Grozny has accounted Ukrainian political prisoners Mykola Karpiuk and Stanislav Klykh guilty.

Journalist Anton Naumliuk reported from the hearing of the court in Grozny, Censor.NET informs.

"Mykola Karpiuk and Stanislav Klykh. The jury has found the Ukrainians guilty "of taking part in combat operations against federal forces during the Chechen war in winter of 1994-1995 as a part of the Viking detachment; killing and inflicting injuries to several dozen Russian soldiers". Karpiuk and Klykh have been adjudged guilty. However, according to the jury, Klykh deserves leniency. Karpiuk was emotionlessly holding on the bars of the cage listening carefully as his verdict was delivered. Klykh was reading a newspaper paying no attention to what was happening around him," he wrote on Facebook and posted photos from the courtroom.
