What is known?
According to preliminary information, a local resident fired two shots during a conflict with acquaintances and then locked himself in an apartment. No one was injured in the incident.
Police officers and special forces were at the scene, and negotiations were being held with the shooter.
Shooter detained
The police later reported that the offender had been detained.
"Investigative actions are ongoing. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, hooliganism," the statement said.
