On 1 July, the police recorded 1,243 shelling incidents along the front line and in residential areas of the Donetsk region.
Nine settlements came under fire: the towns of Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Mykolaivka, and Sloviansk; the villages of Novodonetske and Oleksandrivka; and the villages of Mayaky, Samiilivka, and Spasko-Mykhailivka, according to Censor.NET.

Forty-seven civilian facilities were damaged, including 26 residential buildings.
In Mykolaivka, the Russians killed a civilian and damaged a private house.
Kramatorsk withstood 10 strikes, mainly by drones – four people were injured, three blocks of flats and one private house were damaged, as well as a national flag, an infrastructure facility, and six civilian vehicles.
The enemy struck Druzhkivka with three "KAB-250" bombs and an FPV drone – two civilians were injured, and six blocks of flats, four private houses, and an administrative building were damaged.
Russia carried out six air strikes with KAB bombs on Novodonetsk – four civilians were injured, and an agricultural enterprise was damaged.
Russian forces targeted Sloviansk with drones and ‘Smerch’ multiple launch rocket systems, damaging 10 private homes and a beach tent.
In Oleksandrivka, a petrol station was damaged; in Spasko-Mykhailivka, a clinic; in Mayaky, an administrative building; and in Samiilivka, a private house.
In addition, two civilian vehicles were damaged in Kramatorsk last night as a result of drone attacks.
