Andy Burnham, Head of the British Government; Alar Karis, President of Estonia; Luc Frieden, Prime Minister of Luxembourg; Maia Sandu, President of Moldova; and António Costa, President of the European Council.

According to Censor.NET, this was announced by Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

"This morning at the Kyiv Railway Station, we were pleased to greet our allies who are joining us to celebrate 35 years since Ukraine restored independence," the post reads.
